"Tabata" - Air Squats, Push-ups, Sit-ups and Burpees : 8 x 30 secs / 30 secs

Tabata Air Squat

Tabata Sit-up

Tabata Burpee

 

The Tabata interval is 30 secs of work

As many reps as possible in 20 mins of:

2 Plank Push-ups

2 Object Step-ups

4 Plank Push-ups

4 Object Step-ups

6 Plank Push-ups

6 Object Step-ups

... Continue adding 2 reps each round to each movement until time expires.
