At CrossFit Löwe we promote functionality and modernization in exercise. We pride ourselves on being a fully scalable program. From professional athletes to sedentary men and women just looking to lose weight, our program can have a life changing impact. We believe if you have a body, you’re an athlete and you ought to train like one. All you’ve got to do is show up.

Our philosophy of training is constantly varied and we use functional movements performed at a high intensity. Simply put, we use free weights, our own bodies, and a wide open space to get in shape and more importantly, get you ready for anything you do in life. At CrossFit Lowe, we train anyone willing to put in the sweat and handwork to achieving true fitness. From fire-fighters to first-time moms, from MMA fighters to school teachers, from Olympic athletes to weekend warriors, we train you to achieve the fitness to go out and succeed in whatever comes your way, no matter the circumstance or context. All of this has created the number one Frisco CrossFit facility.


What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centered on training and nutrition. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are most fun and effective among friends at a local CrossFit gym.


During the CrossFit Lowe classes we focus on an a variety of different movements ranging from strength training in various forms, to gymnastic movements, cardiovascular, speed and agility, plyometrics and much more.
